Quiet Yoga is the newest trend we are seeing a lot of people doing. There’s a few ways that Quiet Yoga can be implemented, in all scenarios everyone gets our headphones and the instructor(s) get microphones so that everyone can hear them perfectly no matter where they are.
1) 1 Yoga instructor talking over two channels, each channel has a different type of music to listen to. One can be more relaxing music, while the other can be nature sounds
2) 2 Yoga instructors talking on each channel, each instructor has a different type of Yoga (Flow, Vinyasa / Power, Hatha, etc…)
3) 3 Yoga instructors each teaching different levels of Yoga, beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
