Quiet Events® offers a 110% Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure complete customer confidence in our pricing, service, and inventory availability.

  • Price Match Guarantee: If you find a qualifying competitor offering the same inventory at a lower pre-tax price within 3 days of your rental, we won’t just match their price—we will refund you 110% of the price difference.
  • Timely Shipment Guarantee: If we do not ship your equipment 7-10 days before your event, subject to the restrictions outlined in our terms and conditions, we will refund you 110% of your total order amount.
  • Stock Availability Guarantee: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to low stock and you meet all qualifying conditions, we will provide a 110% credit toward your next order to ensure you are more than compensated for any inconvenience.

Price Match Terms and Conditions

This guarantee applies exclusively to the pre-tax price of an identical rental offered by a qualifying competitor. Sales tax is not included in our price-matching calculations, and Quiet Events® will not override or adjust sales tax rates to accommodate price-match requests. If a competitor’s price requires the rental of a specific minimum quantity, customers must rent the same quantity from Quiet Events® to qualify for the price match. Additionally, price match requests are not applicable to clearance sales, limited-time promotions, wholesale or bulk discounts, auction-based pricing, or any other non-standard pricing models. While equipment may appear to be the same, Quiet Events® will only offer the guarantee if it’s the exact model.

Qualifying Competitors: For a price match request to be honored, the competitor must meet specific criteria that ensure fair and reasonable comparisons. The competitor’s business must be a registered company (with an EIN or equivalent business registration) have been operational for a minimum of one (1) year, maintain an active website with publicly available pricing, and be physically located within the United States. The competitor must also have the exact inventory in stock at the time of the price match request, and their pricing must reflect standard retail rates rather than temporary discounts, liquidation sales, or promotional offers. Additionally, the competitor must maintain a positive reputation, as evidenced by verifiable customer reviews. If a company uses a trademark symbol (™ or ®) but does not have an active, registered mark, we will not honor the price match request. Proof of Price and Verification Requirements: To request a price match under this guarantee, customers must provide valid proof of the competitor’s pricing.  Acceptable documentation includes a quote or invoice dated within the last three (3) days, clearly displaying the product specifications, model name/number, and total rental price. The proof must be legible and verifiable and may be submitted in various formats, including a photograph, screenshot, PDF, PNG file, or another clear electronic format. Quiet Events® reserves the right to review, validate, and authenticate any price match request before approval. If a submission does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy, Quiet Events® may deny the request at its sole discretion.4

Stock Availability Terms and Conditions:  In the event that Quiet Events is unable to supply the equipment specified in the final invoice, Quiet Events will refund the client 110% of the total order price. To be eligible for this refund, the following conditions must be met: The agreement must be signed, and a 20% deposit must be paid at least 30 days prior to the shipment date. Any modifications to the final invoice, including changes in quantities, styles, and/or shipping details, will void this guarantee.

Modifications to the Policy: Quiet Events® may, at its sole discretion, modify, update, suspend, or terminate this 110% Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this policy will be applied prospectively and will not impact prior approved claims.
