How does using headphones for Tours work?
Each participant gets a pair of headphones. The headphones could have one or multiple channels that tune into the audio content. Each headphone has its volume control. They may have a color and/or number to identify which channel they are on.
The audio can broadcast up to 1500 feet. It can be pre-recorded or from a live speaker on stage. A " transmitter " is connected to a laptop, MP3 player, or other audio source via a wire or Bluetooth connection. No Wi-Fi is needed. Depending on the model, the transmitter may also have a microphone port that connects a wired or wireless microphone. If you want a two-way dialog, Quiet Events has a solution that allows participants to press a button to talk back.
While we provide 24x7 support and training videos, we guarantee you won’t need them. Anyone can set up the equipment. It takes less than 5 minutes, seriously!
