Shipping policy
Quiet Events prides itself on making sure every event happens successfully. To support this, we strive to ship equipment out as far as 10 days early. This advanced timing helps ensure that any unforeseen delays with shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS) are taken into consideration, aiming for your package to arrive well before your event.
However, this early shipping schedule is only possible if contracts are signed and payments are received more than 14 days before the event date.
Shipping Carrier and Tracking
Most shipments are sent via FedEx. Once your equipment ships, you will receive an email directly from FedEx containing your tracking number and the estimated delivery date. We strongly recommend setting up advanced tracking features and exception notifications through FedEx to be alerted immediately if there are any potential delays.
Please notify Quiet Events promptly if you receive notification of a delay that might impact the timely arrival of your package.
Our Guarantee
While Quiet Events cannot guarantee specific arrival dates due to factors beyond our control (such as carrier operations or weather delays), we can offer the following guarantee: Provided we received the signed contract and full payment more than 14 days before your event date, we guarantee that your package will be shipped out between 6 to 8 days prior to your event.
Optimized Transit Times
Since Quiet Events has offices across the United States and Canada, this network allows us to ensure optimized transit times. In most cases, shipping requires no more than 4 business days. Our goal is to ensure you receive your package with more than enough time to test and get comfortable with the equipment before your event begins.
